Bradshaw Farm Barracudas

Hey everyone, my name is Jonny Balchus-- the Coaching Staff Manager for the Bradshaw Barracudas! I've been a Barracuda since 2002 and could not imagine spending my summer any other way! Our Barracudas thrives off of fun, chlorine, and our wonderful coaching staff! Each of our coaches work around the clock to make sure that every Barracuda is improving their technique, building endurance, and developing a passion for this sport! We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with your family, and hope to make this a memorable and fun part of your summer! Hey y’all! I’m Coach Ansley and I am the head coach for the Barracudas. I am an upcoming sophomore at Georgia Southern University and I am studying Exercise Science. I swam for 10 years on Chattahoochee Gold club swim team and 12 years as a Barracuda. I love being a coach and being able to give back to the sport that taught me so much. I can’t wait for a great season!! GO CUDAS!!!!

Hey Guys!! Its your girl Maddy Rogers!! I'm so excited for this upcoming swim season! I can not wait to see all of my summer friends from the Bradshaw Farm Barracudas!! I have been swimming for Bradshaw Farm for 14 years. Now I am this year graduating from River Ridge High School. I have swam for the River Ridge team for 4 years, and have qualified for state for all four years. I also swam for Chattahoochee Gold's Senior Group for four years. Bradshaw Farm swim team was the start of my love for swimming!! I wanted to be a BFB coach because I love hanging out with y’all for the summer!! I love coaching swimming! This will be my third year as a BFB coach!!! Not only I love to coach but I also LOVE to swim!!!!!! I’m a Barracuda too!!!!! This is my last year for eligibility for swimming so let’s make this a awesome year! Some miscellaneous facts about me: I love animals! I love to surf and paddle board. I have 4 sisters! Lastly, after high school I aspire to be a Nurse. I'm so pumped for the 2019 swim season!! Lets go Barracudas!!! ICKY LA BOOM BA!!!!!!

Hi, my name is Daniel Ergle. I have been a part of the Bradshaw Barracudas going on 14 years, and I am extremely excited to be an Assistant Coach again this summer. Because of summer league, I have grown a love for the sport, which I look forward to sharing with each one of y’all this summer. Some interesting facts about me: I am graduating from Sequoyah High School this May and will be going to the University of Georgia this fall. I have swam for Sequoyah for the past four years, earning the most improved award my first year, served as a team captain the past two years, and was the male high point winner my Junior year. During this time, I have also swum for Chattahoochee Gold the past three years, most recently in the senior group, and am planning on swimming at the University of Georgia in some capacity. Some fun facts about me is I absolutely love Skittle Practices, my favorite event is the 500 free, I love the beach, that crazy house with all the Christmas lights in the neighborhood is mine, and if you see me on the pool deck feel free to come up to me and say “Go Dawgs.” I can’t wait for an awesome season with you guys this summer!!!

Hey everyone! I’m Coach Molly and I will be graduating from Sequoyah High School this year and be an upcoming freshman at the University of Tennessee in the fall! I decided to be a coach this year after watching many of the people I looked up to as a young Barracuda for 11 years inspire me to keep swimming! I cant wait for an awesome summer! Go Barracudas!!!

My name is Thomas Lovin. I am 17 years old and attend Living Science Home Studies for schooI. I have been swimming for 4 years with the Bradshaw Barracudas and 4 years with Stingrays. Some of my hobbies are working my car, music, swimming of course, exercising and going out with friends. I wanted to be a Barracuda's coach because I always had fun swimming for them and watching how much fun the coaches had. Also my desire to teach others in my favorite sport to help them improve and be safe. Barracuda's inspired me to swim more, all the fun and work I got from the team made me want to start the sport full time. I did and each year get to look forward to an amazing summer!

Hi Barracudas! My name is Coach Grant and I am so excited to be coaching for the first time this season! I have been swimming for the barracudas for eleven years and for Chattahoochee Gold for ten! My favorite part about swimming is getting to have fun on the pool deck and learning new skills in and out of the pool. I have always looked up to my Barracuda coaches which is why I wanted to be a part of this tradition! I can’t wait to dance at the swim meets and eat lots of donuts on Fun Fridays! Go ‘Cudas!

Hey Barracudas! I am so pumped to be coaching for the first time this year and I cannot wait to have the best summer ever!! To know a little bit about myself I am 16 years old, and go to Sequoyah High School. I have been swimming on Bradshaw for 10 years now and have loved every season! Besides swimming, I am involved in basketball, chorus, and acting. I am so happy to be coaching this season, because I have wanted to be a coach ever since I started swimming for Bradshaw in hopes to make the same impact my coaches made on me. #BARRACUDASFORLIFE!

My name is Sydney Struchtemeyer. I am a 15 year old freshman at Sequoyah High School. This was my first year swimming as a Sequoyah Chief. I have been swimming for Bradshaw for the past 5 years and received the coach’s award last year from Ansley. I could not be more excited to be a swim coach this year. I wanted to be a coach because my previous coaches inspired me and I hope to do the same. I am a chorus and drama student at my school. I enjoy singing, playing guitar and piano. I am a worship leader at my church and sing in my youth band. I love movies especially anything Marvel. I can’t wait to be your coach!
