Coach Hess is an experienced swimmer and coach! She swam in high school. She has coached in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and various places in Georgia. In addition to coaching the Barracudas, she also coaches at Sequoyah High School and has, since 2000.Her favorite stroke is the butterfly, but she loves to watch the 200 IM. Coach Hess has degrees in Health and PE as well as drivers ed. So if you need help learning to drive….On the weekend, you might find her kayaking, doing crafts, and singing in her church choir. Her favorite movies are The Princess Bride and Shawshank Redemption. She loves country music, just like Coach Pam! Coach Hess’s favorite thing about coaching the Barracuda’s is “EVERYTHING!!!!!”. She loves to see her students from Hickory Flat in a more relaxed setting like the pool! AND….did you know that Coach Hess participated in synchronized swimming in college! WOW!

Hi everyone! I'm Coach Pam! This is my third year coaching the Bradshaw Farm Barracudas and I am so excited about this season! I am also an assistant swim coach for Sequoyah High School. I have been swimming since I was eight years old and I swam in college at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina for four years and absolutely loved it! I am a huge ECU Pirates fan and graduated from here with a degree in Elementary Education. Before Bradshaw, I coached at the Canton YMCA for four years and also coached a club team in North Carolina while I was in school. In my spare time I like to hang out with friends and family, read, kayak, swim, and go to the lake and beach. My favorite animals are dogs, bears, and otters and my favorite color is purple. I love candy so skittle practice is my favorite practice but the thing I love most is working with the kids! Fun fact: my mom is Coach Hess!

Hi Barracudas! I'm so excited to be home this summer! I'm finishing up my first year at the University of South Carolina and can't wait to see my Barracudas in May! I am currently a Nursing major with a minor in Spanish language and I'm so ready for summer break! A few things that I love: all my swimmers, chocolate donuts, and singing songs from Frozen. Did you know they are making a Frozen 2? Someone go see it with me!!!! I can't wait to see all of you at the pool. Get ready for another great summer! GO BARRACUDAS!

HELLO BARRACUDAS! I am so excited to see all of you and Coach this summer! My first year at BSC as a chemistry major has gone great! I hope everyone is ready to swim fast, have a lot of fun, and kick some butt this summer!

Here are some fun facts about myself:
1) For those who don't know, I do have a younger twin brother, and he looks just like me! You can see his picture below.
2) I LOVE fishing.
3) I have been swimming for over 10 years, coaching for 2 years now, I just recently started swim instructing for Lifetime Fitness, and I have been a lifeguard for 4 years.... So if you can't find me, just look for the nearest source of water!

Hey Barracudas!

I can't wait to spend my summer with my family and all of YOU this summer! I started swimming in 6th grade and have wanted to help coach ever since, so here I am!! I am wrapping up my second year at Lee University as an Intercultural Studies major with a minor in TESOL and Spanish. This is my first summer in college that I get to spend at home and I am so excited! For those of you who don't know me, you can call me AB, singing is my favorite thing to do, and I love ice cream and sodas. I am thrilled to be spending my summer with all of you awesome swimmers.. get ready to win some races!!
