Bradshaw Farm Barracudas

In 2019, the Cherokee Summer Swim Association (CSSA) merged with the Atlanta Swim Association (ASA). This changed some of the dynamics of who we swam against but did not have an overall change to the Bradshaw dynamic. Since being fully integrated, there is now no longer a CSSA board.

The Atlanta Swim Association (ASA) is a grass roots program that introduces children to the sport of competitive swimming. We are focused on good sportsmanship, teamwork, and most importantly a fun experience for swimmers who are new to the sport. Franke Marsden is the Atlanta Swim Association’s League Coordinator. He says, “Our favorite part of each season are the weekly meets. No matter how big or small the teams are, the meets are the weekly ‘payoff’ for kids as their performances reflect the hard work they have put in during the week. Additionally, meets are usually a very social event where kids and their parents catch up with their friends and neighbors from their own team and their opponents from other nearby neighborhoods in the spirit of friendly competition.”

**Meet Scores – Due each Friday to CSSA Secretary after each meet by noon. The host team coordinator is responsible for emailing the score sheet to the Secretary or that team will get a loss/forfeit for the meet.**

The mission of the “the Association” is as follows: The Cherokee Summer Swim Association is a Georgia Non-Profit Organization dedicated to developing boys and girls of Cherokee and surrounding counties by teaching the value of teamwork, integrity, and sportsmanship in a fun and competitive environment through our summer swim league.
