What a crazy day to have our first meet!

Tonight, we will be having our one and only FUN MEET of the season, and there are a lot of things to cover! Heat sheets will be sent out in a separate email later this morning.

1. Weather - we are on it. Please assume that unless you have seen a delay/cancellation text... the meet is still on!

We will swim in the rain, and only cancel for thunder/lightening

2. Coordinators will be at the pool at 4:00 to close it to the public and get ready for the meet. All swimmers and parents have to be out of the pool deck area (even if you are on the swim team) at this time. The only people on the pool deck should be coordinators, lifeguards, and the setup crew (you know who you are). We cannot setup in a timely manner unless everyone is out outside the gates. We will open it pool deck back up at 4:30.

3. Warm-ups will begin at 4:45 for the 10 and Under age groups. Please have your kid ready to go and at the pool deck by 4:30 (but not any sooner.... see #2)

4. Warm-ups will begin at 5:15 for the 11 & UP age groups. Please have your kids ready to go and at the pool deck by 5:00.

5. SPIRITWEAR SALE! Tonight only, we are kicking off the season with 25% off ALL spirit wear, with the exception of swim caps and our new 2018 team shirts. We accept cash, checks, and credit card (small fee applied).

Tonight is all about the FUN, so please remember that if your child is swimming an event that they are not comfortable with, it's okay! Our coaches are amazing and know what each swimmer is capable of. Tonight is all about getting swimmers times and making sure everyone is comfortable before our first competitive meet this Thursday and of course the FUN!

Stay dry and get ready for ALL THINGS DISNEY tonight. (and don't forget to come hungry!!!)
