Happy Monday!

What a great skittles practice we had today! We will have a guest coach tomorrow, Mark Schilling, who is the head coach of Gold swimming. He will be here for each age group helping with stroke technique and helping the swimmers perfect their starts and turns.

This upcoming swim meet against Woodlands the 11-12 age group is eligible for DQ's (disqualifications). The previous meets only the older kids (13 & up) have been eligible for DQ's. PLEASE make sure your 11 & ups are here at practice all this week perfecting their strokes to avoid any DQ's at the upcoming meet.

We will be closing the Woodlands meet at 2pm TODAY, so if you have not declared your swimmer as present/absent for the meet please do so ASAP. Please also go in and declare for the entire season, it only takes a moment.
