All swimmers/parents that are planning on attending the end of year banquet need to turn in a banquet form (see attached form) to the box by next Monday, June 25th.  This includes all swimmers/parents that are not planning on eating.  We need an accurate count of all attendees so we have enough tables and chairs set up in the banquet tent.

The banquet box will be out at all practices this week, the Home Meet against Eagle Watch on Thursday, Fun Friday, and next Monday (6/25). 

DEADLINE IS MONDAY, JUNE 25th at 11am (at the end of the last practice).
