Hello Bradshaw Barracuda family!

Just a reminder - we are going digital this year and we open up registration TONIGHT, March 14th, at 7pm ET!

You can access the online registration system by going to www.bradshawfarm.swimtopia.com.

Just an FYI...when you register online, you will have to pay a nominal fee to use your credit card. Your other option is to drop a check off on Saturday.

When registering online, you will also need to sign up for your 5 volunteer slots.
We have our swim meet schedule with all of the jobs posted by meet - be the first to get the good spots!!
You cannot complete registration without picking out your 5 jobs per family.

Everyone must register online at some point --- Friday night or if you come on Saturday, we'll show you how to complete your paperwork online!

It’s going to be terrific once we have everyone in our new system!

Sponsors can also register their children and declare and pay online as well! Or you can still go through Rosey McCrobie ([email protected]) to complete this process.

Saturday's registration:
10am-12pm for residents
12pm-2pm for non-residents

Location: Bradshaw Farm Clubhouse (upstairs).

When you come, don't forget to know your swimmer's t-shirt size and bring your swimmer's medical insurance information if you need our help to register online.

Also – the SWIMshop will be there with our NEW team suits! Please stop by to order one, as well as new fun Barracuda gear!

You will need to bring the attached documents to us Saturday regardless of how/when you register!!

Another reminder...we have a Coordinator's Position open for the 2015 season and now would be a GREAT time to jump in and "learn the ropes" - especially with all of the new exciting things going on :)

Lastly - we have another AWESOME tool for our team this year.
It's called Sendhub - you can text BRADSHAW to 404-975-1389 to OPT-IN to our alerts network.
We will use this to instantly text you this summer about weather delays, practice cancellations, emergency info, etc in real time.
