PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this email & watch this video BEFORE Tuesday's picture day. SMAX photography is no longer doing their normal paper forms to order your swimmer's pictures. Everything will be done online from here on out.

I just did this all by myself & it took me 20 seconds & most of you know I am severely computer challenged. So please do this today before you forget.

*You want to first TEXT the word BARRA to the number 90738 on your phone.

*They will immediately text you back their link for Bradshaw Farm Swim team photos in blue.

*You will then be texted your PHOTODAY 6 digit verification code.

*Then enter that code to purchase their $35.00 advanced pay credits.

*You will then be texted back from SMAX - Thank you for purchasing credit!

*Then you will just wait until your pictures are ready for viewing & purchase.

Individual pictures will begin at 4pm. Then we will stop & then start setting up for the TEAM PICTURE by 5pm & have it finished no later than 540pm. We do have a group of 6th graders from DRMS that have a band concert at 5:45pm. So we are trying our best to get you in & out. Bring their band clothes with you to our photo shoot.

If you did not get your swimmer's INDIVIDUAL picture completed before our team photo...the photographers will be finishing up the rest right after the team photos. So no worries. Unfortunately - SMAX is not able to do a makeup picture day or is not able to photoshop anyone into the team picture.

That's it. Please come with your swimmer looking all beautiful IN THEIR TEAM SUIT. (no exceptions)
