One quick IMPORTANT addition for the last email that I forgot to include...VOLUNTEER SIGN INS. We will have a VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN TABLE at EVERY MEET. (for future reference...home & away meets as well)

Everyone who has ANY volunteer shift will need to check in with Niki Rogers (our Volunteer Coordinator...she will be the one that keeps ALL of our volunteers in line)

Check-ins with her will begin at 5:30pm (please not any earlier). She will give you your paperwork (if needed) & explain what your shift will entail.

Tomorrow am we will be going over all volunteer shifts briefly otherwise we can explain at check in at the meet.
