Good afternoon Barracudas!

It’s MEET DAY!  

We are all so excited to have our first meet against Woodmont Country Club.  Tonight’s theme is 80’s!!! Parents and swimmers can come as dressed up as they like, however the swimmers are still required to wear their team suit.

Attached are the heat sheets. One copy is listed by event, and one copy listed alphabetically by swimmer. Extra copies are not provided at the pool, so please print at home.

IMPORTANT: Please have your swimmer arrive at the pool with their Event, Heat, and Lane already written on their arm or leg with a black sharpie pen.  ALSO have their name and age on their back shoulder (they all look the same in a swim cap)  

Coaches and leads will not have time to do this for your child when they arrive!

  It has everything you need to prepare your swimmer for each meet.

VOLUNTEER SHIFTS:

• If you are signed up to volunteer at the meet tonight, you need to check in with Niki Rogers at the volunteer table at 5:15 and report your shift by 5:30 (you will see the sign)

ARRIVAL:

The pool will be closed between 4-5 so we can prep the deck for the meet. Please do not arrive before 5pm unless you are part of the setup crew.

• Swimmers age 5-10 need to be here at 5:00 for 5:15-5:30 warm-ups.

• 11& up swimmers will have warm-ups from 5:30-5:45.

Swim meet will start at 6:00, so come hungry!!! We have an amazing concession stand!

Swim caps & magnets will be on sale at the concessions stand if you want one. ($5 magnets, and $15 swim caps).
