Hello Barracudas:

Let’s try this again! The weather forecast is teetering in our favor as the day goes on.

We will (hopefully) be swimming this evening against the Eagle Watch ‘Eaglerays’. Tonight’s theme is Red, White & Blue!!! Reminder that swimmers still are required to wear their team suit.

Attached are the heat sheets. One copy is listed by event, and one copy listed alphabetically by swimmer.

IMPORTANT: 6 & Under, 7/8, & 9/10 parents: PLEASE double check the attached heat sheets for changes that have been made since practice this morning. Your little swimmers may have had an event change.

VOLUNTEER SHIFTS:

• If you are signed up to volunteer at the meet tonight, you need to check in with Niki Rogers at the volunteer table at 5:15 and report your shift by 5:30 (you will see the sign)

ARRIVAL:

NEW TIME: The pool will be closed to everyone between 4-4:45 so we can prep the deck for the meet. Please do not arrive before 4:45 unless you are part of the setup crew.

• Swimmers age 5-10 need to be here at 5:00 for 5:15-5:30 warm-ups.

• 11& up swimmers will have warm-ups from 5:30-5:45.

Swim caps & magnets will be on sale at the concessions stand if you want one. ($5 magnets, and $15 swim caps).
