Hello Barracudas!

We are so excited to get back to swim and another delicious summer of the best swim meet fare in the district! We know it's been a hot second since we've had a summer swim meet and we know there are lots of new families who are doing this for the first time. Please read through the email below and let me know if you have any questions.

As in years past, we would like to ask for your help in donating drinks and chips for our Barracuda Home Meets. This saves our team a lot of money!   Concession stand profits is the only way our team earns money to put toward our team gift at the end of the season. Instead of worrying about prepping meals and coolers before a swim meet, please come HUNGRY and ready to support your concession stand crew.

WHEN: 

There will be 3 designated drop-off days for your donations this year.  Please have your items ready to drop-off on one of the following days...hopefully the early notice will give you some time to add it to your weekly ClickList.

• TUESDAY, May 10th (Picture Day) 4:30-6:30
• TUESDAY, May 17th 4:30-6:30
• TUESDAY, May 24th 4:30-6:30

WHO & WHAT:

If your last name begins with...

• A-H: Please send in packs/cases of 12-ounce canned COCA COLA Products (Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Sprite Zero).  Having one size helps streamline our menu and keeps things simple! 
• I-P: Please send in packs/cases of 16.9-ounce size bottled water. Having one size helps streamline our menu and keeps things simple!
• N-Z: Please send in packs/cases of 12-ounce-size Powerade or Gatorade. Having one size helps streamline our menu and keeps things simple!
• All Families: In addition to the drink donations, all families are asked to provide a donation of packages of INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED bags of assorted chips or candy.  These can be found at Wholesale Retailers like Costco, Sam's Club or BJ's.  Please use this list of items as a guide: Blow Pops, Ring Pops, Sour Punch Straws, Assorted Chocolates (Snickers, Milky Way, Three Musketeers, Twix, M&Ms, Hershey's Bars, Reese's Cups), Skittles (Regular and Sour), AirHeads, AirHead Extremes, Sour Patch Kids, Nerds Ropes, Starbursts, and Fun Dip.  Pictures of suggested items are attached to this message for reference.  

We ask that all drink and chip packages be turned in by the dates listed above so that an inventory can be taken prior to our first meet.
