A BIG thank you to all of the swimmers, the parents and the coaches for helping us "pull off" our 2nd EVER practice meet!

We worked out some kinks, our "newbies" got to experience a meet in a much smaller environment than a "real" meet, our "veterans" were reminded of why we do this year after year, and we all had some fun in between!!

Remember - this was a "practice meet" - so the events weren't in the same order as a real meet, events weren't seeded like they are in real meets - our 4 year olds have only have 5 days of "real" practice to prepare and our goal was not to "win" the practice meet - it was to get times, get to know/get reacquainted with our Barracuda family, and to have fun! We don't get ribbons or points for this meet - just "practice"....and we hope you'll agree it was well worth our time!

Mr. Mullings provided us with some awesome music, the Concessions Team did a great job, and the Volunteer Team didn't disappoint, as usual, and pulled it all together for us!
We will be ready for WOODMONT next Thursday, 5/29, at Woodmont! Speaking of.... you have until Saturday, 5/24 at NOON to SIGN IN and OUT on SwimTopia for this meet.

Don't forget - regular practice times tomorrow afternoon/evening..no practice on Monday!
