Hello Barracuda Families,

It's time to declare your swimmers for the upcoming AWAY meet this Thursday, June 16th at Woodmont. Please declare all your swimmers by end of day Sunday, June 12th!

If you haven't completed the sign up for volunteer duties, please go ahead and sign up now. Otherwise, you'll be required to pay the entire $175 opt out fee. This is a volunteer run organization and the success of the meets depends on our parents.

Woodmont Key Information

Address: 200 Chadwyck Lane Canton Ga 30115

• Arrive no later than 5pm
• Our volunteer table will be set up for check in
• Warm-ups begin promptly at 5:30

• We will be diving on diving blocks. We are able to practice dives at our pool (set up in the 5ft section) which we’ll be practicing a couple of days this week

• NO parking on Chadwyck Lane (the main road on that side of the neighborhood). Neighbors will call to have cars towed

We may park at:

• 1.Side streets off of Chadwyck - please be sure not to block driveways on either side or traffic flow
• 2.Big Blue Marble Academy - they are located just before our neighborhood on the left and there is a sidewalk that connects their lot to our neighborhood
• 3.Tennis Courts - located on the opposite entrance just a ways down on the right - also with a sidewalk to come across

Concessions:

They will have Hamburgers/Hot Dogs, Kona Ice, chips, drinks and candy to buy at the meet. We accept Venmo or cash.

Litter Bug- Be Respectful and Clean-Up

We’ve noticed after our first couple of swim meets that our own BF Barracudas bull pen is a mess. Please remind your kids to pick up after themselves, both at home meets and away meets. We want to ensure that we are being respectful of property and representing BF Barracudas accordingly.
