Good Morning Barracuda Parents!

I am very excited about tonight’s End of Season Banquet! I wanted to send out one last email with a few reminders and requests.

• Banquet Schedule:
• 5:00 - 6:30 ~ Dinner will be served at the Golf Course Tent. Please pick up your food tickets at the check-in table.
• 7:00: Awards Ceremony begins at the pool
• Parking: Please use either the pool or golf course parking lots. We will have a few parking spots reserved for vehicles that are being used to transport larger items to and from the pool. Please do not park in these spots.
• Seating for Dinner: The tent does not have enough seating for everyone to be sitting at once. We ask that after you eat, please head down to the pool for swim time. If you did not order the catered dinner, feel free to come at either 5:00 to swim or sit with friends or closer to 7:00 for the awards ceremony.
• Seating for Awards Ceremony: During the awards ceremony, we will have a section up front for the swimmers to sit so that they can see. This section will be on the floor so your little one may want to bring a towel/blanket to sit on. Parents are asked to bring chairs (just like the meets) and set them up behind the reserved swimmer section.
• Swimming after the Awards: At the conclusion of the awards ceremony, we invite all families to head down to the pool for a late-night swim. One last Barracuda “Fun Wednesday”.
• Fans and Tables: If you donated an item to use tonight (THANK YOU SO MUCH!!), I would appreciate it if you could please take it home with you tonight. These items can be picked up after the awards ceremony up at the Golf Course Tent. They will be stacked together near the entrance.
