Barracuda Coaches for 2023 Season!
Happy New Year Barracudas!
We hope you have all had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying your holiday break. And we also hope you are beginning to think about the 2023 swim season!
If you are interested in becoming a Barracuda Coach this summer, it is time to get your information together and send it to us.
Even if you were a previous coach, you need to re-apply using the process outlined in this email. All applicants need to have the necessary information submitted to us by
Sunday, January 15th to be considered.
Interviews will be conducted in person at the Bradshaw Farm clubhouse on two days:
- Thursday, January 19th
- Sunday, January 22nd
We will send each applicant available time slots in a separate email so you can choose which day works best for you.
Expectations: The coaching staff is expected to be at all morning and afternoon practices, as well as every swim meet. If you plan to travel or have other conflicts during the months of May or June, please let the Bradshaw Farm coordinators and the head coach know during your interview. We will be posting the summer swim schedule as soon as it is released from the county.

Requirements: Candidates should be energetic, experienced swimmers with an interest in working with swimmers of all ages to help them improve their strokes and race performances. Assistant and Junior coaches will work under the direction of the head coach. Must have at least a 2.5 GPA and have passed all classes during the Fall 2022 semester to be considered.
Assistant coach requirements: Must have prior swim experience, be 16 years of age or older, and have reliable transportation. Junior coach requirements: Must have prior swim experience, currently be in high school, and have reliable transportation. If interested in this position, please email 2 professional references, your 2022 Fall report card, and a statement of interest to the coordinators at bradshawfarmbarracudas@
