Who is having fun this year so far?! We have our meet against Arbor View tomorrow - please see details below (warning - long email but it's all important!). Thank you for all you do to support our team! 

Where: Arbor View Pool, 100 Highlands Drive, Woodstock, GA 

Pool: Arbor View has 5 lanes and diving blocks! If your swimmer has been dive certified, they will get the opportunity to dive at this meet if they choose! 

When to arrive: Please arrive between 5:00 - 5:15. Our swimmers will warm up at 5:30 sharp. Arbor View has requested that swimmers do NOT arrive before 5:00.

Where to park: Parking will be tight. Their lot only has ~20 spots so please be prepared to park on the street (one side only - will be marked) and walk to the pool. Please carpool if possible! 

Concessions: They will be serving pizza, grilled burgers, and lots of snacks and drinks. Cash, venmo and card accepted. 

Theme: Hawaiian! Wear your best Hawaiin shirts, leis, and grass skirts! 

Volunteers: THANK YOU to all who have signed up to help! We still have a few critical roles open - please fill in where you can. Please also note that there are certain positions we cannot hold a meet without so it is possible you may be asked to be flexible and do something other than what you signed up to do. We thank you in advance for your support and willingness to help!

Seating: The pool deck will be tight. Please bring your own chairs and note that you may be more comfortable sitting outside the deck between your swimmers' events. 

We will send out the event lineup tomorrow. Please mark your swimmers' arms and get ready to swim fast! If you need anything, please reach out!
