Hello Bradshaw Barracudas!

Here is important info you'll need to register coming up soon. Please let us know if you have any questions!

We'll be registering everyone online again this year. The private link to register will be sent out as we approach each registration period. We are doing it this way this year due to our new limit of 140 swimmers on the team, per the CSSA.

Swimmers:
Swimmers have to be ages 5-18, and have to be able to swim the length of the pool by the first meet. No coaches in the water with swimmers. Dive certification this year: Only new swimmers, or those not certified, need to be certified this year. 5 year olds don't get certified. 6 & up able to be certified.

Parental Involvement:
Barracudas swimming runs solely off of the commitments of our parents. It takes a lot of help to put a meet together. We must fill many positions for both home meets and away meets. Families are required to work at 5 volunteer shifts and may be requested to participate more if need be. Remember, this is your swim team and we will only succeed if everyone participates.

Payment:
You can pay when you register via credit card (small service charge) or by check. If you pay by check you need to get the check to Tori, Lara or Sarah the same day to reserve your spot.

Feb. 28 & March 1, 2015– team lead job holders & team sponsors will be sent a private link to register via Swimtopia ((it will be sent from Tori Blase))
Starts: Feb. 28 at 8am
Ends: end of day March 1

March 2 & 3, 2015– Bradshaw Farm residents will use a private link to register via Swimtopia ((it will be sent via email blast to neighborhood, from Heidi Steele - if you do not get it please contact Tori Blase))
Starts: March 2 at 8am
Ends: end of day March 3

** All residents must register by end of day March 3rd. **

NOTE: After our residents register, we will let everyone know where we stand on numbers.

March 7, 2015– out-of-neighborhood families will be sent a private link to register via Swimtopia ((it will be sent from Tori Blase via SwimTopia email))
Starts: March 7 at 8am
Ends: March 7 at 2pm

If you get a prompt saying the team is full, it will prompt you to a waiting list sign up on SwimTopia.

March 7, 2015 – 10am-2pm: Everyone will be able to come to the upper clubhouse to buy team suits and merchandise, and turn in the paper forms required by the CSSA.

We are going to have to hold everyone to these dates due to the new swimmer limit.

We have contact info on our website (https://bradshawfarm.swimtopia.com/2015-registration-info) for other teams in our division for those who are interested once we hit that 140 limit.

Our fees this season:

Bradshaw Farm resident registration costs:
$120 (1st child)
$100 (each additional child)

Non-resident registration costs:
$155 (1st child)
$135 (each additional child)

We'd still love for everyone to come by on March 7th so you can order your new swim team suit directly from the SWIMshop, who will be on hand to do fittings (they take cc, checks or cash)….And see our team merchandise (we take checks or cash)!
