Laurel Brooke Lightning...hope that's the only lightning that shows up!
Hey Barracudas!!
Well a few weeks ago, it felt like we were in Alaska for a meet and tonight it may feel a little more like the Sahara! Stay hydrated and as cool as you possibly can!
We welcome the Laurel Brooke Lightning and there are some Sequoyah swimmers on that team so it will be another fun meet and I'm looking forward to seeing them! Good sportsmanship as always rules the day and since they have around 100 swimmers, it should also be a competitive meet. There's a possibility that Mrs. Nolan and Mrs. Waits from HFES may attend unless they decide to stay in air conditioning tonight. Make sure you say Hi if you are or were a Thunderbird.
Be at the pool at 5:15 for a 5:30 warm-up. I have attached the heat sheet and athlete entry list As always, if you see an error or have a question, please let me know!
