Happy Meet day!

Swimmers, please arrive at the pool at 4:45 for a prompt warm-up at 5:00. Bring your appetite, we will have grill food and honey baked hams available for sale at 5:00. Attached is our grill menu for this weeks home meet against Arbor View.

District meet information: All swimmers are invited to swim in the district meet scheduled for July 9th. Please remember, you may NOT swim in the district meet if you are unable to swim in the state meet which is scheduled for July 22nd/23rd. All paperwork and information will be available for pick up at the meet tonight. All paperwork is due by 11:00 Mondaymorning when the final swim practice is over. Please give to Sarah Williams or Sheila Zeigler at the coordinators table during practice.

Today is Coach Jessica's birthday so if you want to bring her something special, please bring it tomorrow during Fun Friday Ice cream style! If you are wanting to contribute and help with items for fun Friday, PLEASE sign up... don't just show up with items. We have had too many donuts going to waste, and with ice cream, we have NO place to keep excess products out in the sun.
