Hey everyone!

I know that many people have missed Fun Friday! Unfortunately, no one signed up to organize it and there are still a few other positions that need filling and that comes first. But everything we do is for the swimmers so there will be a Fun Friday on June 9th and June 23rd, after the home meets. It is more difficult to have them after away meets since nobody wants to get up early after getting home a little later (I am a night owl in case you haven't noticed), and it's depending on where the away meet is. The last meet of the season is away and we have the Banquet the next day, so we've never had a Fun Friday on that day. The June 9th one will be a swim with the coaches and there will be sidewalk chalk for all of you artistic or semi-artisic swimmers. Just be ready to show some creativity!

The 23rd will include relays - the junior coaches are all thinking up some relay ideas that will be awesome so that will also be a great experience for all and so much fun! Bring your camera's!!

We swim Eagle Watch this week and will need all the cheering on that we can get as they beat Woodlands! We are missing some key swimmers (all of you are key and all the coaches love to see your improvement) so it will take everyone doing their best to beat them (watch those two hand touches, stay and touch on your back in backstroke, keep your legs together in butterfly, don't touch the bottom (no walking - we are the swim team, not the track team) and arms and legs do the same thing in breaststroke and butterfly)! Have I forgotten anything...oh yes, swim as fast as you can ...you will catch your breath after you finish! : )

David Mail (Stingrays coach) will be out on Thursday instead of today, so please make sure to attend!
