Good afternoon Cherokee Summer Swim League,

We hope that everyone is enjoying the start of summer swim and is ready to think about the District Swim Meet! Please read this email thoroughly as it contains a lot of information………

1.Only swimmers age 7-18 as of June 1^st, 2017 are eligible for the GRPA Swim Meets. It is highly encouraged if you are not able to attend the state meet that you do not compete at the District Swim Meet.

2.Attached to this email is a flyer about Informational Parent Meetings.- We are hosting meetings here at CCAC so that parents can have the opportunity to come ask questions or hear about this process. If this is your first time going we highly recommend this opportunity. You will also find on that flyer the dates for the District and the State Meets.

3.All registrations are to be turned in to the Aquatic Center with Birth certificate or Passport, Concussion Form, and payment by no later than June 23^rd at 6pm. Team Coordinators will have to submit times to us by the same date for them to be used in placing swimmers in relays, and heats.

4.Attached is the registration form for the District Meet. Please complete this form and return as soon as possible to the Aquatic Center. it is Due by June 23^rd at 6pm. They will also be available at the meetings if you attend one of those.

5.District Swim Meet is July 8^th, and the State Meet is July 21^st for 10 and under and July 22^nd for the 11-18.
