Happy New Year Barracudas!

We hope you have all had a happy and safe holiday break. I know it’s hard to think about summer swim with these COLD temperatures, but it’s that time! We are starting a new process of hiring our coaching staff for the upcoming 2018 season, and want to equally extend the opportunity to anyone who may be interested. We are looking for a new Head Coach as well as Assistant and Junior coaches.

2018 Coaching staff is expected to be at all morning and afternoon practices, as well as every swim meet. If you plan to travel or have other conflicts during the months of May or June, please let the Bradshaw Farm coordinators know during your interview. We will be posting the summer swim schedule as soon as it is released from the county. Please see the below expectations and requirements for each position.

All applicants need to have the necessary information submitted to us by this Saturday, January 13^th to be considered (using the email provided below). Interviews will be conducted throughout January and announced in February. Resumes must be submitted directly by applicant.

Bradshaw Farm Barracudas seeks head, assistant, and junior coaches for the summer 2018 season. Candidates should be energetic, experienced swimmers with an interest in working with swimmers of all ages to help them improve their strokes and race performances. Assistant and Junior coaches will work under the direction of the head coach. Must have at least a 2.5 GPA and have passed all classes during the Fall 2017 semester to be considered.

Head coach requirements: Must have at least 5 years swim experience, must be a senior in high school or older with a valid driver’s license. and reliable transportation. Applicant must have been in some type of leadership role at school, church, or other organization.
